Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location. You will perform on-site tax prep, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to build a complete financial picture for clients.

You’ll grow a local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing resources to deliver a comprehensive, year-round Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address client needs.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing tools.
