Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, offering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You’ll grow a local client base, conduct outreach, and help clients achieve year-round financial goals with a seamless end-to-end service, blending personal touch with technology.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning
