Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually to deliver comprehensive tax services and guidance.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite office presence 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address tax questions.
