Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to customers.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and provide friendly, accessible tax support using TurboTax products. This non-exempt, on-site role requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax prep experience.
• Must have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional software.
• Circular 230 knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail locations.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax outcomes, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience and build local client relationships.
