Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at locations across the United States. This on-site, year-round role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax’s local client base and building long-term relationships with customers in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
