Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services while growing the local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate tax needs, leverage TurboTax products, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
