Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and personalized service.

You will grow the local client base, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships using TurboTax tools and marketing support. This role emphasizes community engagement and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns filed per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine client care.
