Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role merges tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing our client base in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Interact with customers in-person to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
