Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence. You will work in a front-facing retail environment, delivering personalized tax solutions with a focus on customer experience and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Use government resources and team guidance to deliver accurate tax solutions.
