Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advisory, and software support at a local TurboTax office in the United States. You will work with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end experiences for personal and business tax scenarios.

You will also act as a community ambassador, build a local client base, and connect customers with accounting, payroll, and planning resources supported by TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; willing to be used for ads.
• Interest in building a local/community social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Explain and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term client relationships and drive loyalty to local TurboTax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
