Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while collaborating with specialists across business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will engage with local communities, attract new clients, build relationships, and drive loyalty using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/photo use for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a trusted, end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in person or via video tools, addressing tax questions and planning.
