Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, preparing tax returns and offering tax advice while engaging with customers in a front-facing retail environment.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build relationships, and leverage marketing support to develop a thriving community presence, with a strong emphasis on service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Onsite, front-facing retail role, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with clients to grow the local TurboTax client base.
