Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations across the U.S. Leverage tax expertise to prepare returns, offer tax advice, and support customers with TurboTax products.

You will engage the local community, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service in a front-facing retail setting. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for tax filing.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources, tools, and team expertise.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local community presence.
