Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator in Fairfield, OH to serve as the primary on-site liaison for associates, client leadership, and staffing partners. You will support a high-volume operation and help ensure timely onboarding, performance communication, and accurate timekeeping.

The role requires organizing payroll support, attendance monitoring, and compliance with GMPs, while representing Employbridge professionally on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or high-volume staffing environments is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with client leadership and presenting solutions in a professional manner.
• Ability to multitask, adjust priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, and workforce coordination a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tracking/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for associates, client leadership, and staffing partners.
• Support a high-volume operation with approximately 70 associates on assignment and rapid growth.
• Represent Employbridge professionally before client leadership and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Deliver client-specific orientations, onboarding, and workforce communications.
• Monitor attendance, workforce trends, and performance metrics; escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct associate coaching, performance discussions, and assignment management activities.
• Process payroll, support timekeeping accuracy, and maintain wage-hour compliance.
• Utilize workforce management tools, CRM systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Participate in safety meetings, document incidents, and reinforce safety requirements.
• Ensure GMPs and client procedures are followed; walk the production floor and maintain presence with associates and client contacts.

Onsite Staffing Coordinator in Fairfield, OH!

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, the Staff Performance Coordinator contributes to the operational growth and profitability of the account through day-to-day execution, management of strong relationships with the client and associates, and fulfillment of the client’s staffing services agreement. This role supports the day-to-day interaction with the client and associates, assists with identifying process improvements, and executes service level agreements to ensure they are met. This role provides immediate front-line customer service to the management team and associates. This role is responsible for partnering with appropriate parties to resolve all workforce issues, including but not limited to employee coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, and payroll and timekeeping, in a timely manner.

Schedule:

1st Shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (flexibility required).
