Job summary

Southland Employment Services, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Coordinator to manage staff and personnel activities at the client location in Columbus, OH.

This in-person role runs Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $19 per hour and weekly pay. The coordinator will take attendance daily, backfill staff as needed, recruit and hire personnel, ensure safety rules are followed, and communicate with the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role required.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, walking and standing more than 50% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Take attendance daily and ensure production lines are fully staffed.
• Backfill missing staff as required by Supervisors.
• Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements.
• Explain and enforce safety rules and procedures.

Duties Include:

• Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are fully staffed.
• Help backfill missing staff if required by Supervisors
• Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements
• Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
• Communicate daily with the Corporate office
• Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
• Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Spanish

• Must be dependable
• Previous experience working in a Customer Service role required
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, walking, standing on feet for more than 50% of the workday required. This is not a 100% desk job.
