Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in the United States to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring client delivery, and meeting KPI/SLA metrics.

The onsite supervisor will guide candidates and collaborate with clients to optimize placement and outcomes. The position emphasizes managing recruiting strategies, candidate coaching, and detailed onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and implement workforce planning.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite with correct information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Conducts complex searches and analyzes results to meet needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client requests.
• Extends offers of assignment including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and customers.
• Conduct debrief with candidate and customer post-interview.
• Second-level screenings conforming to laws and policies.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in tracking systems.
