This role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience in the service provider industry and proficiency in MS Office. You’ll manage candidate pipelines and coordinate with clients to optimize placements.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

• Administers recruiting postings in various systems.
• Anticipates talent market and plans workforce to maintain a quality pipeline.
• Interacts with candidates onsite or online, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit for client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches and analyzes results to meet needs.
• Assists with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
