Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles in Austin. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs and craft targeted recruiting strategies that fill complex positions.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct structured interviews, coach candidates, and ensure a smooth submission and placement process while leveraging Adecco tools and market insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates to fill temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates with resume prep and coaching.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess cultural fit and qualifications.
• Redeploy temporary associates and manage candidate communications.
