Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and point of contact for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will manage job postings, build pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, extend offers, and ensure compliance with KPIs and client requirements, delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Prefer 2–5 years in the service provider industry and a proven customer-focused track record.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and database tools; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and conducts candidate sourcing to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit for client requirements.
• Guides candidates through onboarding, offers, and assignment processes.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates; maintains records.
• Ensures KPI/SLA metrics are met and recruitment activity is compliant.
• Supports resume/preparation coaching and candidate communications.
