Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. The role emphasizes strong client delivery and relationship management to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will administer postings, plan workforce strategy, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support candidates through onboarding while maintaining accurate records and pipelines for future needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and implements workforce planning.
• Manage candidate inquiries in person or online with clear information about Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit.
• Performs candidate searches and analyzes results to meet needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Oversee onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking database.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submissions.
