Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in Concord, NC to serve as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure candidate satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and communicating expected contributions and benefits of working with Adecco.

You will drive performance by meeting KPI/SLA targets, administering job postings, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through resume prep, onboarding, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Prefer 2-5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Forecasts talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Responds to all candidate inquiries onsite or online with clear information.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assesses candidates for qualification, fit, and client needs.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco tools and online resources.
• Coaches candidates on resumes and interview prep.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
