Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the candidate’s/associate’s employment “agent” through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring accurate information, training, and development, and meet KPI metrics for excellent client delivery.

You will recruit, post jobs, interview, coach candidates, and manage onboarding while complying with client requirements and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; able to meet metrics.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate relationships.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• High energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and builds a talent pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding lifecycle.
