Job summary

HTI is seeking a Senior People Operations Business Partner to provide strategic consultation and execution of People Operations across business units. You will align HR policies, culture, and workforce programs with business strategy, driving engagement, productivity, and profitability.

You will lead HR projects, analyze workforce metrics, coach managers, and partner with service centers to ensure compliant, efficient people practices across HTI.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business or related field and 7–10 years of experience is required.
• Experience as a business partner or human resources manager preferred.
• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience in the transportation industry and/or a distribution business a plus.
• Expert knowledge of HR practices, compliance requirements, and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to HTI business units on People Operations.
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of people-related projects.
• Analyze workforce metrics to assess performance and engagement.
• Partner with People Operations to deliver pay, benefits, time off, etc.
• Advise managers and employees on HR issues and build trusted relationships.
• Support organizational development and change initiatives across units.
