Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in California to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will manage relationships, meet KPI and SLA targets, and ensure high-quality client delivery while supporting the workforce pipeline.

You will coordinate interviews, guide candidates, and extend offers, all while maintaining thorough records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented with strong MS Office and database skills.
• Ability to resolve problems and prioritize tasks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate pipelines.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit for client requirements.
• Prepare candidates with resumes, interview coaching, and onboarding support.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with policies.
