Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will maintain relationships, reinforce the value of Adecco, and meet KPI/SLA targets to deliver excellent client service.

A strong focus on candidate experience and process efficiency is required. You will administer job postings, plan workforce pipelines, interview and coach candidates, and ensure compliant pre-screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and manages candidate flow.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and clients.
• Conducts interviews, candidate screening, and resume coaching.
• Performs prescreenings in line with laws and Company policies.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding processes.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Ensures pipeline and recruitment KPIs are met and reported.
• Collaborates with teams to create effective sourcing strategies.
