Traffic Management LLC is seeking a recruiter operations specialist to support daily recruiting activities at our Long Beach, CA locations. You will publish job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while maintaining an active talent pipeline and coordinating onboarding tasks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple interview schedules for 15+ candidates daily.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish job postings internally and externally.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Build, monitor, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Create and manage requisitions and job postings for internal and external candidates.
• Review and screen resumes to confirm minimum qualifications with attention to detail.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using established tools.
