Job summary

Pines of Sarasota is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding. The role collaborates closely with hiring managers and the HR team to plan for staffing and internal candidate development.

This on-site position operates Monday through Friday, with responsibilities that include benchmarking, networking, and ensuring compliance and reporting throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in benchmarking and networking/sourcing ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with multiple and diverse customers.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a human resources practitioner, specifically in recruitment and employment practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to screening and placement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to plan staffing and internal candidate development.
• Ensure legal compliance and provide recruitment reporting.
