Job summary

Form 10 Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Clerical Recruiter in Tampa, FL to support the recruitment function, source and onboard top talent, and advise on recruitment strategies.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure compliant hiring practices, create job descriptions, and manage contractor onboarding. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and is office-based, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related (preferred).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the MS Office package and similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities for Tampa-based non-manager roles.
• Responsible for field-based recruiting in partnership with HR team.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws related to recruitment.
• Assist managers in creating job descriptions for new roles.
• Maintain recruiting process guides and ensure E-Verify compliance.
