Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions and post/manage job openings across career sites and job boards.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidates against role requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers to create engaging job ads based on job descriptions provided.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition status in the ATS and other trackers
• Partner with recruiting/staffing agencies as needed to source and manage contractor, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
• Provide timely, professional communication to candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, conducting verbal offers, and coordination of new hire paperwork/onboarding handoff to HR.
• Utilize existing pre-employment and background screening tools/processes in evaluating candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
