The position develops strategic talent pipelines, conducts outreach, and builds relationships with leaders across the Manufacturing Group. Expect up to 40% travel and reporting to the HR Manager in the Manufacturing HR Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or executive search.
• Experience proactively sourcing engineers and technical professionals.
• Ability to engage passive candidates via cold outreach and networking.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for business activities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic talent sourcing & talent mapping across manufacturing groups.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Identify qualified engineers and leadership candidates for critical roles.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers on sourcing plans.
• Travel domestically up to 40% for networking and recruiting activities.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM and report on pipeline metrics.
