Job summary

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, perform market research, and create targeted sourcing plans aligned with our technology roadmap. You will identify engineers and senior talent, engage passive candidates through cold outreach and professional networks, and nurture long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or related role.
• Proactively source engineers, technical professionals, or other business-critical talent.
• Experience engaging passive candidates through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
• Ability to translate talent needs into effective sourcing plans and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run proactive sourcing strategies aligned to manufacturing objectives, technology roadmap, and future workforce needs.
• Identify and source engineers, technical experts, and leadership candidates for critical roles within the Manufacturing Group.
• Perform market research and talent mapping to find candidates from competitors and related industries.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, including roles not yet open.
• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to clarify skill requirements and create targeted sourcing plans.
