QUALFON is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage day-to-day recruiting and ATS administration. You will work with hiring managers, coordinate full-cycle recruiting, and help plan interviews while building a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to staffing. QUALFON offers education opportunities and incentives within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of call center agent hiring preferred.
• Consistently meeting hiring targets.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
• Flexible availability with the working schedule; expected to work some weekends, holidays, and weekly events.
• Prior event planning experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency with applications.
• Confidence in your hiring techniques.
• Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with hiring managers regarding a recruitment strategy to understand needs to fill open positions.
• Coordinates full-cycle recruiting: ads, ATS requisitions, online assessments, interviews, offers, and paperwork.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screens and in-person/video interviews.
• Build a candidate pipeline proactively.
• Source potential candidates via online channels and networks.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and events.
