Job summary

QUALFON is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to provide daily transactional HR support to its business units under the guidance of the HR Manager and Director. The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience and the ability to work in a high-volume call center environment.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, leave management, policy communication, employee data, and employee relations, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred or equivalent years of experience required.
• Two to three years of HR experience, including business partner and employee relations experience.
• Experience in high-volume environment with non-exempt personnel preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or willingness to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day transactional HR support to the HR Manager and site stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between centers of excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for assigned business units.
• Maintain employee data recording and filing (electronic and hardcopy).
• Manage all Leave of Absence requests per federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to staff.
• Support site performance evaluation administration.
• Ensure site compliance with Workers' Compensation and state/federal laws.
• Provide Employee Relations support to leads/managers under HR guidance.
• Effectively communicate HR information to employees.
• Support unemployment insurance compliance and reporting.
• Provide HR-related reports and administrative tasks.
