Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Recruiter to connect with internal hiring teams and build a strong candidate pipeline across the firm. You will own the candidate experience from first contact through offer, and partner with teams to fill roles on quarterly timelines.

You will source candidates using diverse channels, conduct competency-based phone interviews, and maintain thorough evaluation notes within our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a cultural add for Fisher.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Experience working on a variety of positions across departments.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from first interaction to offer.
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews.
• Maintain strong operations with candidate evaluation notes and TA processes.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to manage, prioritize and fill roles against quarterly timelines.
• Find creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and assessing talent.
