OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator for Talent Acquisition to source, onboard, and guide new hires on-site at the Blom Administrative Campus. You will coordinate onboarding steps, manage regulatory compliance, and support the Talent Acquisition team using multiple systems.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Preboarding, this role has no supervisory or budget responsibilities and emphasizes service excellence, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration.

Job Description Summary Business Coordinator Talent Acquisition associates are responsible for completion of the onboarding process for new hires. This role is on site at the Blom Administrative Campus (Talent Acquisition Office) and will be expected to leverage multiple systems to complete and ensure compliance for onboarding activities while assisting new hires through the process. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding and does not have any supervisory or budget responsibilities.
The Business Coordinator for Talent Acquisition is responsible for assisting new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring that all onboarding steps are completed within service and compliance standards.
