OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator for Talent Acquisition to guide new hires through onboarding on site at the Blom Administrative Campus. You will coordinate onboarding steps, ensure compliance, and support the Talent Acquisition team.
Daily responsibilities include completing new hire files, I-9 and E-Verify, fingerprinting, coordinating New Associate Orientation, and collaborating with internal partners while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Business Coordinator Talent Acquisition associates are responsible for completion of the onboarding process for new hires. This role is on site at the Blom Administrative Campus (Talent Acquisition Office) and will be expected to leverage multiple systems to complete and ensure compliance for onboarding activities while assisting new hires through the process. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding and does not have any supervisory or budget responsibilities.
