Job summary

Staffmark Group in Garden City, GA is hiring an Onsite Recruiter for our Workforce Solutions team to provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service to candidates, associates and client staff at an assigned on-site account.

Duties include evaluating staffing needs, developing recruiting plans, forecasting headcount, and performing screening and interviews to match talent with the on-site client.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of similar experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources.
• HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to evaluate and assess the customers’ staffing needs.
• Develops and maintains active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
• Determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.
• Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed the customer’s headcount requirements.
• Writes job postings to support recruitment needs
• Maintains social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs
• Performs recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow.
• Evaluates and interviews applicants, performs required screening specific to the on-site client.
• Works to match talent to the most suitable job or department for the on-site customer.
• Greet new hires and introduce to customer’s supervisors.
• May communicate updates on staffing requests and arrivals to client team members.
• Process applicants in company system maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy of employee records and files.
