Staffmark’s Carson team seeks an In House Temporary Recruiting Manager onsite to support hiring, placement, discipline, and termination. You’ll drive recruiting trends, plus contribute to development, inclusion, and award-winning teamwork.

The role emphasizes professional growth within a national network and long-term stability. Responsibilities include sourcing and aligning staff with client needs, analyzing labor markets, and coordinating with customers and employees to document interventions

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service or human resources.
Outstanding customer service with a strong customer-service orientation.
Ethical conduct, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, plus time management and organization.
Ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Source, hire, and place employees who align with customers’ needs.
Analyze market trends to inform recruiting methods and wage information.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and employees, documenting interventions.
Research new business opportunities and identify additional services.
Enhance the company’s presence by building relationships with local organizations.
