You’ll work onsite in Garden City, GA and bring your skills to deliver HR services related to hiring, placement, discipline, and termination. Along the way, you will support business growth by using market insights to inform hiring decisions and help customers select the right employees.

What you’ll do

• Use your human resources expertise to source, hire, and place employees who align with customer needs.
• Analyze current market trends affecting recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information to support customer selection of talent.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and employees, and investigate and document issues that require intervention.
• Conduct research to support new business development and identify additional services for existing customers.
• Enhance the Company image in the external community by building and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders, including community activities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Outstanding customer service with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ethical conduct, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills.
