Job summary

Staffmark Group in Fontana, CA is seeking an in-house temporary Onsite Recruiting Manager for the On-Site Management team. The role focuses on recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service for candidates, associates and client staff at an assigned on-site account.

You will lead recruiting activities, screen applicants, and coordinate with client staff to meet headcount needs, with emphasis on effective communication and timely placement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service, staffing, or human resources experience.
• HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to evaluate staffing needs.
• Develops recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
• Forecasts applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.
• Performs recruiting activities to meet headcount requirements.
• Writes job postings to support recruitment needs.
• Maintains social media activity to support recruiting and engagement.
• Evaluates applicants and conducts interviews as required by the client.
• Greet new hires and introduce them to the client’s supervisors.
