Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding for new hires.
• Use applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Lever to manage candidate activity.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain relationships.
• Promote open roles through social media management and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate with HR teams to support onboarding for new employees.
• Use clock systems to manage employee data and payroll information for new hires.
• Maintain records of recruitment activity and provide regular hiring progress updates.
• Support client payroll processing.
• Drive to client sites for payroll approvals and check-ins with new associates.
