Job summary

Office Depot Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our distribution center team during our peak season. You’ll greet candidates, manage on-site hiring events, and ensure recruiting data flows smoothly to leaders and HR for onboarding.

This hands-on role requires you to coordinate scheduling, space, and candidate information, administer pre-employment tests, and support onboarding paperwork while maintaining a welcoming, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, events, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work event schedules, including some early, late, or weekend hours.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system, recruitment, warehouse operations or human resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and create a welcoming, professional experience from arrival through interview
• Manage on-site job fairs, including setup, candidate flow, and breakdown
• Gather and accurately record candidate information
• Track and report candidate show-rates to talent acquisition leadership
• Partner with HR and operations to coordinate schedules, space, and hiring needs
• Administer any pre-employment testing and assist candidates with initiating onboarding paperwork
