Job summary

Office Depot Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our peak season, onsite at the distribution center. You’ll be the first face candidates see, keeping hiring events running smoothly and giving our talent acquisition leaders the candidate data they need and human resources the information to onboard new coworkers.

This contract role requires strong communication, the ability to handle high-volume events, and flexibility for early, late, or weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, events, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work event schedules, including some early, late, or weekend hours
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system, recruitment, warehouse operations or human resources is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and create a welcoming, professional experience from arrival through interview
• Manage on-site job fairs, including setup, candidate flow, and breakdown
• Gather and accurately record candidate information
• Track and report candidate show-rates to talent acquisition leadership
• Partner with HR and operations to coordinate schedules, space, and hiring needs
• Administer any pre-employment testing and assist candidates with initiating onboarding paperwork
