Job summary

Everstory Partners in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. This onsite role works with Paylocity, coordinates New Hire Orientation, onboarding documentation, I-9 compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to keep hiring processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a high-volume hiring role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong onboarding knowledge, I-9 compliance, and background check familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Paylocity ATS to keep candidate records and postings accurate.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during onboarding.
• Own new hire onboarding docs and tasks; track completion in Paylocity and follow up on items.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and schedule sessions; manage attendance and content delivery.
• Act as I-9 compliance administrator; handle verifications and audit-ready records.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure Day 1 readiness with equipment and access.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires and address questions throughout onboarding.
• Monitor background checks and address issues; keep stakeholders informed.
• Produce reports on onboarding completion, I-9 timeliness, and orientation attendance.
