Everstory Partners in the Greater Orlando area is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a fully onsite role at our Support Center in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle in Paylocity, coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to keep processes moving smoothly.

This high-visibility role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships across TA and HR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Talent Acquisition Coordinator or 1+ year in high-volume hiring.
• Experience with ATS and/or HRIS; Paylocity preferred.
• Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 compliance, and background checks is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Paylocity ATS, keep candidate records accurate.
• Serve as onboarding primary contact for candidates and managers.
• Own new hire onboarding docs and task management, track in Paylocity.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation, scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Administer I-9 compliance, verify documents and maintain audit-ready records.
• Partner with hiring managers for Day 1 readiness: start dates, equipment, access.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires and answer questions.
• Monitor background check progress and escalate issues.
• Prepare onboarding reports on completion and timeliness.
• Collaborate with TA, HR, and other teams and update SOPs.
• Manage internal moves (promotions/transfers) from TA perspective.
