Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition operations in Englewood, CO.

You will coordinate interview scheduling, maintain ATS data, and assist onboarding across assigned locations, leveraging iCIMS and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and experience with high-volume recruiting, ATS platforms, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume hiring operations.
• Professional experience with ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms, preferably iCIMS or similar systems.
• Ability to interpret hiring data to maintain and report hiring efficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the talent acquisition team in delivering a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across assigned locations, focused on fast turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS to support clean, reportable pipelines.
• Support recruiting projects and onboarding activities to streamline processes.
• Use AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to improve scheduling, communication, and reporting efficiency.
