Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a seven-person recruiting team in Elmhurst, IL. This onsite role is contract-to-hire and ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a foundation in talent acquisition.

You’ll help with interview scheduling, resume review, and candidate information verification, while using iCIMS, Dayforce, SharePoint and WebEx daily. This role offers hands-on recruiting operations experience and potential permanent placement

Qualifications

• No prior professional recruiting experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week.
• Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support special projects for the recruiting team
• Assist with interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting coordination
• Review resumes and confirm basic candidate information, including licensure status, as needed
• Work within iCIMS and support text-based recruiting campaigns
• Use Dayforce, SharePoint and WebEx as core daily tools
• Provide additional administrative and recruiting support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
