Addison Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team during a busy season. You will manage offer letters, candidate records in iCIMS, and background check status with strong organization.

This hybrid role offers on-site collaboration, remote work days, and hands-on resume-building experience in HR/Talent Acquisition within a growing, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dayforce experience a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute a high volume of offer letters each week
• Manage applicant tracking system (iCIMS), updating candidate records and monitoring workflows
• Verify background check status and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
• Communicate with candidates via email to provide updates and confirmations
• Double-check automation tools and processes to ensure accuracy
• Partner closely with the Recruiting team to support hiring demands
• Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail
