Job summary

Hunter Truck Sales & Service LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the company’s recruiting and onboarding efforts at our corporate office in Butler, PA. You will manage job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.

You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, HR staff, and external partners to fill positions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Two years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting and administrative support for open positions across all company locations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, staffing needs, and recruiting priorities.
• Prepare and post job openings through the company’s ATS, external job boards, and other appropriate recruiting resources.
• Review and screen applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications of open positions.
• Route qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager for consideration.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and assist with interview scheduling and follow-up.
