Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at our Phoenix location. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent and guide candidates from application through onboarding.

In this role, you will lead the recruiting process, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and help ensure a seamless experience that reflects our employer brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours during hiring events.
• Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
